TI_40/14/243_Austausch Bendix - Bendix replacement ОТЗЫВНАЯ замена бендикса Market observations and internal product monitoring has made us aware of starting problems in the Freeride 250 R at low outside temperatures. Investigations have shown that the toothed wheel on the Bendix shaft was not press-fit according to our production specifications by our supplier. To ensure proper functioning, these Bendixes now need to be reworked and welded. The affected batches could be precisely delineated. Beginning on the vehicle production date of February 24th 2014, only reworked Bendixes are being installed. All of the affected Bendixes in stock at the KTM Spare Parts Center have been replaced by flawless parts. The affected motorcycles must be modified either before delivery to the customer, the next time the vehicle is in the workshop, or if the customer complains of starting problems. |
